Right of Withdrawal
On this page, you can exercise your right of withdrawal for an order placed on morphparfum.com, in accordance with the cases and terms set forth in applicable law and the Morph Parfum Terms of Sale.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. You are not required to provide a reason.
Before sending
- Fill out the form with the information needed to identify the order.
- The request must be submitted before the end of the withdrawal period.
- After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
Return
- The goods must be returned to Drean within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- For Italy, a convenient return service via courier is available for €7.
