Drean Srl markets and resells all products on this site and guarantees that each item for sale is authentic.
The products sold are, therefore, subject to strict quality control standards.
All orders are subject to availability check and acceptance.
Receipt by morphparfum.com of the order, transmitted by the customer by electronic transmission, determines the conclusion of the contract. With the conclusion of the contract, morphparfum.com undertakes to provide the customer with the ordered products, under the terms and conditions provided in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders against persons who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall into the above-mentioned category of "final consumer" or if, for any reason, the ordered product is not available for sale.
The customer by sending the order unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in dealings with morphparfum.com all the provisions contained in these Conditions.
The placing of the order, therefore, implies the full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these Conditions, as well as of the additional information contained in the web pages of the site referred to herein and/or linked.
1. PAYMENT INFORMATION
1.1 Forms of Payment
The purchased item must be paid at the same time as the purchase transaction closes via PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
PayPal
You can choose to pay with PayPal easily and securely through your PayPal account. To match your credit card with a PayPal account and for more info click here. Morphparfum.com reserves the right to proceed with order fulfillment only if the information registered for the PayPal account matches the billing and shipping information of the order.
Bank Transfer
Morphparfum.com accepts bank transfer as an alternative payment method. We will provide you with our bank details during the online purchase process.
All bank charges and fees are the responsibility of the Customer. Morphparfum.com reserves the right to request a payment supplement if the amount accounted for does not match the final order amount. We will ship your order when the transfer has reached our bank account.
Marking
Morphparfum.com offers the option of choosing cash on delivery as a method of payment. Payment is made in cash on delivery (the courier does not accept checks or give change) and is possible for orders up to 2,999 euros. The service is available only for Italy. In the event that the shipment of an order made by cash on delivery is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the customer, morphparfum.com reserves the right not to follow up any other order with the same payment method.
2 SHIPPING INFORMATION
2.1 Shipping Costs - ITALY
Shipments to Italy are made by SDA courier. Shipping costs are free for all orders, throughout Italy. As required by the laws governing commerce, all morphparfum.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euros.
2.2 Shipping Costs - FOREIGN
Overseas shipments are made by DHL courier.
In EU countries, the shipping cost is €25.
In non-EU countries, orders are shipped at a cost of €40.
For shipments to countries outside Europe, the average delivery time is 15 to 20 working days. If customs detains the package for inspection, delivery may take longer time not attributable to morphparfum.com.
As required by the laws governing commerce, all morphparfum.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of individual items in Euros.
2.3 Date of Shipment
We ship same-day all orders received by 12:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. If the order is placed on a holiday or pre-holiday, the package will be shipped on the first available business day.
Starting with shipping, delivery time requires:
- 1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
- 4-5 working days in European Union
- 15-20 working days in non-EU countries.
In case of bank transfer payments, the shipment is made on the business day when the amount is booked into our bank account if the booking is before 12:00 a.m. (otherwise, the next business day).
2.4 Order status
When the order is shipped, morphparfum.com sends its customers an e-mail containing the tracking number provided by the courier company. Customers can track the status of their order directly at www.sda.it. The displayed web page will show the exact and updated movements of your shipment.
2.5 Shipment insurance
Morphparfum.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance loses its validity. Through the signature on delivery, responsibility for the goods passes to the buyer. The person who signs, in fact, confirms receipt of delivery of the package and is responsible for the package itself.
2.6 Authorized delivery of the shipment
Upon delivery of goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of receipt of the shipment. Morphparfum.com packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and contact morphparfum.com at info@morphparfum.com.
2.7 Shipment stock
In case of non-delivery of the shipment, the next day the courier automatically sends the sender - morphparfum.com - the opening dossier of the storage file, which contains the reason for non-delivery and the request for instructions for release. The customer also has the option of viewing the opening dossier of the storage case and the status of their order directly on the courier's website. Morphparfum.com reserves the right to request the return of the goods after three (3) working days, in the absence of provisions from the end customer. There is a maximum storage period of 15 days at the nearest Courier Branch.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1 Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal - Right of withdrawal and Effects
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Drean (registered office via dei Mille 40, 80121 Naples) by email: info@morphparfum.com, of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an explicit statement.
Pursuant toArticle 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. If you withdraw from this contract, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs, as well as any cash-on-delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds are suspended until the goods are received by the seller.
You are requested to return the goods to Drean, at Area PIP - lot 6, Sepano location 80027 Frattamaggiore (NA) without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Regarding all orders delivered outside the Italian territory, the return is totally at the customer's care and expense.
From the time the asset returns to Drean's possession, in order to process the refund it will be necessary to ascertain that the same asset has not been tampered with and/or altered in any way that would jeopardize a future/immediate resale of the same.
If it should, therefore, prove unsaleable, the product in question will be returned at our expense to its rightful owner.
3.2 Return of Return
Drean also offers you the opportunity to take advantage of the SDA courier service for return shipping freight collect. This is not an "arranged" return pickup by morphparfum.com but facilitated at a cost of 7€.
The facilitated return shipping service by our courier is valid only for the Italian national territory. Just contact Morph Parfum customer service and follow the given procedures.
This service is not available outside Italy.
